These were very simple. My daughter lives counting to ten. She knows the numbers two twenty. After twelve they get a little scrambled. She forgets four sometimes also, so I figured we would work on it today. I had Popsicle sticks in. I numbered one thru ten on them. Ten drew the amount if number in hearts in each stick. You could do any picture but my daughter wanted hearts. (We only know circle, heart right now). This Was a very easy project. She had fun stacking them and lining them out. Each time she picked one up to move it we would say the number and the shape.

So I have decided to do theme days or weeks with the kids! Today is garden day! I had seeds out for my daughter to look at and feel. Then I had her plant seeds in little pots of soil. She watered it herself. Then we painted pictures of bugs we would find in a garden. We painted a caterpillar and a butterfly. From there we read the very hungry caterpillar and had a snack just like him! We also painted a picture of dirt, grass, vegatable(carrots), sun and rain! That was to teach her garden words! Then we colored some pictures of gardens and flowers!!! When my oldest one came home we had gummy worms as a treat! And we colored more pictures of flowers fruits and vegetables!

Now this one I did for my older son! I saw this on pinterest. It's 2 cups of corn starch and 1 cup of water! You can hit the magic mud and its hard but you can pick it up and it drips like a liquid! My son thought this was great!!! So cool, try with your kids. Let me know how they like it!!!

Pretty simple card to make. We cut the top across on each side about an inch. Then we cut the back strip off. The front we folded to make it look like a buttoned colar of a shirt. Then I cut out tie shapes. We colored shirts as we pleased and then glued/taped on ties. My daughter she made an owl card that said "My daddy's a wise old owl"

Todays plans were shot since it rained. Figured we would do some crafts or experimets! I saw this on another bloggers page yesterday. Thought it would be fun to try it. My daughter loves play dough. This time we get to make it, play with it, and it's even editable! Sounds good to me!!!! It was really easy to make. I saw two recipes for it. I did te one with out the milk. It was 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 honey, and 2 cups confectionary sugar (we didn't use that much. We used a little over a cup). My kids had a blast. I also gave them frut loops to play with and a paper towel roll! Thank goodness for ediable because yeappppp the little one ate it, but so do big brother, nana, and mom! Definently worth it try this!!!

Today is dinosaur day! We started off for my older son watching Jurassic Park. Then for my little one we read "how do dinosaurs clean there rooms". We also played with my sons dinosaurs. We colored dinosaurs and footprints! My LO and I watched dr mcstuffins with dinosaur in it! For dinner we had dinosaur chicken nuggets with trees(broccoli). After my LO went to bed, my son and I played Jurassic park builder on my kindle!

With the rain and thunder I made today storm day! We listened to the different noises the rain, thunder, an lightning made! We tried to make them ourselves. Then we read books about storms. My oldest read a book about all the different parts of a storm. For my youngest we read "its raining its pouring the old man is snoring". Then we made pictures of storms and the different things that happen in rain storms! We also made rainbows!

I know this isn't really a craft! An it's not a real recipe! So I put it in this category! We have the leapfrog abc magnets! Today I decided to make abc soup with her. She had fun putting the letters in and mixing them around! Be prepared VERY loud! Then we used the spoon to take spoon out a letter and we would sing the song from the magnet! "A says ah A says ah every letter makes a sound A says ah". She had a blast. Give it a try with your little ones!

Now being a photographer I HAD to make my own photo booth for my sons Avengers party. I have mask i bought and made! i also made actions bubbles they can hold as props! And for the backdrop I bought white wrapping paper and drew a city on it! My son actually helped me! So I know he's pretty excited. We even took some pictures. I can not wait to see how this works out!!!

The big party is today. I already started to decorate. I have a crafts section, a candy/popcorn bar, and a power up station! I also made a home made photo booth. We made homemade superhero mask, word bubbles, mustaches( for the bad guys). Then I have the avengers mask which are store bought! It should be really fun!!!!
